
Michael Lettius

Michael Lettius has extensive experience in court proceedings as well as national and international arbitral proceedings. He has represented and represents Swedish as well as foreign companies in the Swedish Chamber of Commerce and ad hoc arbitral proceedings, as well as in Swedish Courts, and he also serves as arbitrator. In addition, he has litigated in several cases in the Supreme Court for Marketing and Competition cases ("Marknadsdomstolen") and assisted parties in court or before arbitral tribunals in disputes relating to e.g. construction materials, pharmaceuticals and medical equipment, as well as supplies to the automotive industry. In addition, he often participates in various mergers and acquisitions, competition law projects (including concentration notifications to competition authorities) as well as with commercial agreements. He has an extensive international network and regularly works with foreign law firms.
