Notification of mergers
Glimstedt has responded to a request for comment as part of a process of consultation regarding the FCA’s proposed amendments to regulations on the notification of mergers, etc. The response has been written by the Helsingborg office, which represents clients throughout Sweden in different matters concerning competition law, including inter alia the notification process within the FCA regarding mergers and other changes in business ownership.
