Dan Nordblads main areas of practise includes insolvency law, inheritance and family law as well as criminal law. He is often appointed as official receiver, trustee/administrator of estate after deceased, executor of marital property and public defender in criminal cases. Dan has practised insolvency law since 2007 and has a broad experience in Swedish and cross-border insolvency cases. He is appointed as administrator in company reorganisations and has acted as counsel for creditors and company representatives in court proceedings regarding insolvent companies. Dan often acts as counsel in court proceedings regarding matters of family law as well as property law in general.
