Hans has extensive experience in corporate taxation (and other taxation) and has assisted with both forward-looking tax planning and in tax litigation. He is a judge trained (Administrative Court assessor) and after many years of work as a tax lawyer at PwC - where he also was a partner - has worked as an adjunct member of the Administrative Court of Appeal in Jönköping. During his time at PwC, Hans has also worked with generational change planning and was there for many years responsible for education on this subject. He has also held several teaching assignments when it comes to tax law, including at Jönköping University. Together with Prof. Lars-Göran Sund, Hans has written the book "Family-owned limited companies and generational changes - An overview".
With this background, Hans works primarily with tax issues and assists in tax litigation. He is also helpful in generational changes, and he also works with limited liability company law issues. His area also includes certain family law, mainly that which applies to generational change planning such as wills, deeds of gift, prenuptial agreements and future powers of attorney.
