Profile

Henrik has extensive experience of work with public procurement and continuously assists both Swedish and foreign clients. Much of his focus is on strategic considerations prior to procurement and he regularly participates in the preparation of tender documents and other procurement law documents. Henrik also assists some major supplier organizations and has good insight into the suppliers' terms and perspectives on procurement law issues. He regularly pursues review cases in various instances and also participates in the continuous updating of Norstedt's comment on the Public Procurement Act. Henrik is a well-publicized lecturer in public procurement where he educates both clients and suppliers.

In addition to public procurement, Henrik works with process-related law and acts as a representative in the courts and arbitrations and provides other business legal advice.

In addition, Henrik is a board member of OP Gruppen AB and is active in several Advisory Boards.
