Profile

Finn Stenström has experience across a broad range of industries. He has extensive experience drafting and negotiating commercial agreements, including agency and distribution agreements, licensing agreements, various collaboration agreements, power purchase agreements, supply and construction, as well as agreements relating to research and development, shareholdings, and acquisitions and divestments.

Finn also heads Glimstedt’s Dispute Resolution group and specialises in resolving commercial disputes.

Drawing on his broad experience and his background as counsel, long-term, embedded legal advisory roles with companies, service at both Court of Appeal and District Court, Finn’s practice encompasses the strategic assessment and evaluation of clients’ positions and available courses of action in complex and often time-sensitive matters – always anchored in the client’s needs and in close collaboration with the client.
